Training

We offer free training to people with visual and other disabilities, seeking new opportunities to develop in a personal and professional level.

 

Our model seeks to strengthen the student's emotional intelligence and develop its working skills. We promote the comprehensive development of people with disabilities, facilitating their social, cultural, educational and labor inclusion for them to be productive and independent members of our society.

 

Our training courses are made up of different materials that help students develop emotional intelligence and work skills using tools such as computers, english, critical and creative thinking, among others.

 

In collaboration with CAPAXIA S.C. the training period is intensive and lasts from 3 to 5 month, in a full-time basis. At the end of the training period participants are assessed and become part of a pool of talent to be considered for labor inclusion, if their profile and competencies are a match with the available vacancy of the interested companies.
